The talk will cover how to prevent falls\, handle unexpected home emergencies\, and recognize when a nursing home decision may be necessary. We’ll also look at ways to fight isolation by maintaining community\, interests\, and hobbies\, as well as highlight resources like the Parkinson’s Voice Project’s Loud Crowd and Power Up programs. Finally\, we’ll discuss effective approaches for coping with the emotional and physical challenges of Parkinson’s\, helping you build confidence and resilience in daily life.

John Guarnieri owns 603 Karate in Northfield.  Before teaching self-defense for a living\, he was a police officer in NH for many years. Lessons are practical and adaptable so anyone can benefit from them.
