Fred Daniels\, Exercise Specialist with Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise\, will discuss how and why these disorders are affecting more people. He will also discuss new treatment options to increase longevity and quality of life. Fred works closely with CPTE’s physical therapists treating Parkinson’s patients and conducts Parkinson’s Exercise Classes at senior facilities.

John Guarnieri owns 603 Karate in Northfield.  Before teaching self-defense for a living\, he was a police officer in NH for many years. Lessons are practical and adaptable so anyone can benefit from them.
